My initial consultation process involves mainly listening, and for that there’s no charge. We can book up to 3 interviews, where I learn more about your specific interests and concerns, and from there I can share some case studies, including lessons learned, about systematic innovation, campus robotics, operational AI and/or ISO.

From there, I tap into a core team of expert colleagues, who are deeply entrenched in their respective fields. You’ll have a chance to review their CVs, and have an introductory call. Once you approve a team that works for you, I’ll continue to shepherd the project. 

Depending on the scope and scale of the project, you’ll receive ongoing, expert, authoritative guidance about risk, budget, time horizons, and regulatory considerations, and we have a few different price structures for that.
